Q: What is your local service area, and do you go outside of it?
A: Our primary service area includes West Pasco, North Pinellas, FL. We also cover Dunedin, Largo, Clearwater and Safety Harbor.
Yes — we do go outside this area depending on the job size. Jobs outside our normal zone may include a small travel/fuel fee.
Just send us your address and we’ll confirm pricing before booking.
💵 Pricing & Estimates
Q: How do you charge for junk removal?
A: We charge based on volume, meaning how much space your items take up in our truck. This keeps pricing simple and upfront.
For small pick ups we also have per item pricing.
Q: Can I get an estimate before you come out?
A: Absolutely. Text us pictures for a quick estimate. For accurate pricing, we confirm everything in person before starting the job.
Q: Are there any upcharges I should know about?
A: We keep fees transparent, but some items require additional disposal costs. Possible upcharges include:
Concrete, dirt, bricks, pavers, roofing (+$100 per full trailer)
Tires (+$10 to $15)
Refrigerators/freezers/AC units (freon) (+$10-$20)
Stair carry or long-distance carry (50–75+ feet) (+$10-$50 per floor)
Large cleanouts requiring extra labor
You will always know any extra fees before we start.

Q: Do I need to do any heavy lifting?
A: Nope! We handle all lifting, loading, and cleanup.
Q: Do I need to be on-site?
A: It helps, but it’s not required. You can leave items outside or have someone present to approve the quote.
Q: What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Make sure we have clear access
Separate what’s staying vs going
If the job is big, send photos beforehand for accurate pricing
We handle the rest.
Q: Do you sweep up afterwards?
A: Yes — we always leave the area clean.

Medical waste
Pesticides
Pressurized tanks (unless empty with valves removed)

A: Yes — we do our best to donate usable furniture and household goods, and recycle metal, electronics, and other materials whenever possible.

Q: How do I cancel or reschedule?
A: Easy — just call or text. No hassle. We only ask for as much notice as possible.
